Main contributions were goals for Coleman, Hazard and Lukaku and a clean sheet for Szczesny. There was also an assist for Suarez who ended up as captain because Zabaleta did not play. In fact the squad only had possible 11 players as in addition to Zabaleta's absence, Walker was suspended and Morrison and Vorm were both injured. The week could have been better but the replacement of Giroud with Remy backfired as Giroud scored and Remy didn't.
Looking forward to week 20, I'm making no changes except making Suarez captain again. Lukaku has reprieved himself. Ramsey is still injured so can't be recalled and although Baines is fit, Coleman is doing so well for Everton he will stay for the time being.
